Welcome to Generator Power Solutions. By purchasing a generator or requesting installation or service from us, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Our Services
- We sell and install automatic standby generators and related equipment.
- Installation services are based on the conditions and details provided by the Customer.
- Additional work outside of the agreed scope may result in extra charges.
Customer Responsibilities
- Site Readiness: Customer must ensure the property is suitable for installation (e.g., access, soil, drainage, utilities).
- Permits & Approvals: Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, inspections, and approvals.
- Utility Coordination: Customer must work with their utility provider for electrical, gas, or fuel connections.
- Insurance: Customer must maintain adequate property and liability insurance covering the generator and installation site.
Transfer of Liability
- Ownership and responsibility for the generator pass to the Customer upon delivery.
- Customer agrees to hold Generator Power Solutions, its employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, or costs related to:
- Property conditions or site access.
- Failure to secure required permits or inspections.
- Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications of the equipment.
- Injuries or damages occurring on Customer’s property.
Warranties & Limits
- Generators are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- We provide a limited workmanship warranty of [12 months] for installation.
- Generator Power Solutions is not responsible for:
- Power outages, business losses, or property damage caused by generator failure.
- Damage from improper maintenance, fuel issues, or third-party work.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for services.
Payments
- Payment terms are as stated on your invoice or proposal.
- Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
- Work may be delayed or suspended for nonpayment.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where installation occurs. Disputes may be resolved by arbitration in Harris County, Texas.

By using our services or purchasing a generator, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
